![]() ![]() If needed i can upload pictures or continue explaining the problem, there are a lot of caps in the preamp/input selector board and main board, and dont know where to start to reeplaceĪny advice would be greatful since i dont want to burn another speakerĮxtra explanation: After the reeplace of the STK, reconed speaker and crossover cap reeplaced, i tested a little bit with medium to high volume (not max) and there was no problem. (The application diagram is very similar if not the same to the used in the amp) I never changed any caps, but doenst look bad at least at first glance. ![]() But both channels work at least until now (i dont want to test it a lot further without advice). Now again the repaired speaker its dead (i dont know if bad repair or a problem with the amp). The STK has been replaced once with one channel dead, a crossover cap also fried, and one of the speakers has to be reconed. The circuit board doenst have offset correction pots/trimmers, and the datasheet for the STK says:īut i´m not sure if those values correspond to the offset voltages or are anything else, also it is impossible to find the schematics or any service manual. I have an amp (grundig sia 5000) with the STK4192II amplifier, it´s a complete sistem (cassete deck/vinyl/cd player/eq), and reading the offset voltaje is near 100 mV. ![]() Hi guys, i´m new in here, i have a bit of experience in the electronics/audio field.
